Cabin Crew Manager
Description

• Establish the company’s standard cabin crew operations policy and assist the Director Cabin Operations. • Manage and supervise all cabin crew activities. • Shall be responsible that all company, international and national requirements for flight safety are implemented. • Review training programs in co-operation with Cabin crew training manager. • Shall Fly and oversee all in-flight duties and make sure that personnel are up to required standards, and suggest additional training when necessary. • Establish cabin procedures and passenger service techniques to improve cabin crew performance. • Review all safety reports and regular reports to establish the correct remedial actions as appropriate. • Stay highly alerted to customers’ requirements to ensure safe and professional operation and keep up to date with cabin related industry developments. Customers’ satisfaction is an ultimate objective, Cabin crew manager shall supervise and check that FlyEgypt customer relation management is fully implemented as an essential element of cabin crew operations.

Requirements

• Egyptian citizen with a minimum age of 40 years, maximum 55 years at the time of application. • Minimum 15 years of experience as a qualified Cabin Crew. • Valid license • Minimum 3 years of experience in cabin crew management or equivalent aviation related management post. • University graduate. • Proven knowledge of common office software and administrative skills, IT literate and aware of Quality systems and able to apply and interact with all international Audits.
