Answer the Customers' calls and reserve airline ticket through the reservation system. Handle all customers inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction. Control and follow up all communication channels. Analyze customer complaints with a focus on complaint reduction. Provide reports on customer feedback/complaints reports to Sales Team Leader or Management. Ensure constant engagement & a strong relationship with customers. Ensure that all complaints are received and handled efficiently in a way that exceeds our customers’ expectations.
English Language : Fluent. 2-3 years of experience preferably in Aviation industry. Experience required in any reservation system (Radixx user is a plus). Perfect communication skills. Customer and details Oriented. Problem solver
